Conceiving The Supernatural In The Prophetic Season: Sermon By Apostle Gobanga

On the third day there was a wedding at Cana of Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there. Jesus also was invited with His disciples to the wedding. And when the wine was all gone, the mother of Jesus said to Him, They have no more wine! Jesus said to her, [Dear] woman, what is that to you and to Me? [What do we have in common? Leave it to Me.] My time (hour to act) has not yet come. His mother said to the servants, Whatever He says to you, do it. Now there were six waterpots of stone standing there, as the Jewish custom of purification (ceremonial washing) demanded, holding twenty to thirty gallons apiece. Jesus said to them, Fill the waterpots with water. So they filled them up to the brim. Then He said to them, Draw some out now and take it to the manager of the feast [to the one presiding, the superintendent of the banquet]. So they took him some. And when the manager tasted the water just now turned into wine, not knowing where it came from–though the servants who had drawn the water knew–he called the bridegroom And said to him, Everyone else serves his best wine first, and when people have drunk freely, then he serves that which is not so good; but you have kept back the good wine until now! 

John 2:1-10

To move into a new dimension, God prepares you for a prophetic season where there is a dimension of the divine.

This can only be perceived and discerned by those that are spiritual. It cannot be perceived with the eyes of the flesh.

When divinity breaks forth in humanity, He speaks to the purpose vested in humanity (never to your circumstance)

God does not move how you (humanity) expects. He uses common events, situations and contexts to show forth His divine nature.

The Church has become a common function as normal as the world because wrong people are in places of leadership. It is now too organized for the Holy Spirit.

The new mind has the capacity to discern what God has vested in your spirit man.

God wants to minister to humanity even in the context of a common function.

God can pervade in any place that you are: a family conversation, a child speaking, at work, in the car, etc.

God is restoring back His glory to the Church.

When God wants to do something supernatural in a prophetic season, He will use a prophetic vessel.

Mary was the prophetic vessel in John 2.

Every common function has a ‘brew’ that pleases man.

The Church (Body of Christ) is busy enjoying the works of the flesh and is unable to discern God’s presence and what He is doing.

Every service must be Spirit-controlled and Spirit-led.

That which is spiritual is unlimited. God will not move until that which is of the flesh is tired and exhausted and structure fails.

God specializes in frustrating the flesh so that men can come to the place of hearing what He is saying and seeing what He is doing.

If there is no obedience to a prophetic instruction, there will be no birthing of a divine thing.

A prophetic instruction may come in form of a dream or a vision, etc.

When you obey the instructions of God, you will always draw out divine wine – being better than that which preceded it.

The issues that are going wrong in the marketplace, world, family, etc will only be solved by the Church.
