The Prophetic Activation Of Function Via Separation: Sermon By Apostle Gobanga

Then Samuel took the vial of oil and poured it on Saul’s head and kissed him and said, Has not the Lord anointed you to be prince over His heritage Israel? When you have left me today, you will meet two men by Rachel’s tomb in the territory of Benjamin at Zelzah, and they will say to you, The donkeys you sought are found. And your father has quit caring about them and is anxious for you, asking, What shall I do about my son? Then you will go on from there and you will come to the oak of Tabor, and three men going up to God at Bethel will meet you there, one carrying three kids, another carrying three loaves of bread, and another carrying a skin bottle of wine. They will greet you and give you two loaves of bread, which you shall accept from their hand. After that you will come to the hill of God, where the garrison of the Philistines is; and when you come to the city, you will meet a company of prophets coming down from the high place with harp, tambourine, flute, and lyre before them, prophesying.6Then the Spirit of the Lord will come upon you mightily, and you will show yourself to be a prophet with them; and you will be turned into another man. 

1 Samuel 10:1-6

You can never function unless you are positioned in a prophetic moment.

The prophetic moment is a period where you are ushered from the ordinary to what God has for you.

It is as season when the divine draws you into the intensity of His presence.

It is God speaking to the purpose God ordained for you from the beginning of time God spoke dominion into humanity before humanity existed.

When He speaks to humanity, He speaks to the dominion in you.

The prophetic moment/season sets a geographical placement as well as the assignment God gives you.

You have a dimension in which you function. Every dimension of a man of God has a corresponding grace. To separate means to issue spiritual boundaries. He gets you out of the midst of the people.

You cannot function outside of your boundary. Every minister of the Gospel has a spiritual jurisdiction i.e. geographical or the specific people you have been called to.

God anoints you so that you are separated from that which is natural or certain people that can hinder the move of God in your life.

The call and ordinations of God in your life require for you to be separated. Separation is something you will go through all your life.

The higher you grow in God, the higher the separation you experience.

It is important to have divine order in the Church.

The Church of God is built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets. When God separates you, He has to give you a new heart to love the truth of God to handle the assignment He gives you.

The old heart cannot handle the prophetic (agreeing with Scripture). When God gives you a new heart, He changes the company of people you keep.

God must bring you in an environment where He ushers you to a prophetic presbytery.

Let no one despise or think less of you because of your youth, but be an example (pattern) for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity. Till I come, devote yourself to [public and private] reading, to exhortation (preaching and personal appeals), and to teaching and instilling doctrine. Do not neglect the gift which is in you, [that special inward endowment] which was directly imparted to you [by the Holy Spirit] by prophetic utterance when the elders laid their hands upon you [at your ordination]. Practice and cultivate and meditate upon these duties; throw yourself wholly into them [as your ministry], so that your progress may be evident to everybody. Look well to yourself [to your own personality] and to [your] teaching; persevere in these things [hold to them], for by so doing you will save both yourself and those who hear you.

 1 Timothy 4:12-16

A prophetic presbytery – spiritual elders prophesying God’s will unto the separated, release grace and release them to ministry.

The prophetic presbytery restores order to the Church and reveals the membership gifts of the Church.
