The Mystery Of Cyclic Technology: Sermon By Rev. Richard Muendo

Sheol is naked before God, and Abaddon has no covering. He stretches out the north over the void and hangs the earth on nothing. He binds up the waters in his thick clouds, and the cloud is not split open under them. He covers the face of the full moon and spreads over it his cloud. He has inscribed a circle on the face of the waters at the boundary between light and darkness. The pillars of heaven tremble and are astounded at his rebuke. By his power he stilled the sea; by his understanding he shattered Rahab. By his wind the heavens were made fair; his hand pierced the fleeing serpent. Behold, these are but the outskirts of his ways, and how small a whisper do we hear of him! But the thunder of his power who can understand?

Job 26:6-14 (AMP)

Technology is the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes.

Wisdom is the soundness of an action, decision or understanding in the application of knowledge. It is how Christians are able to make the Word of God relevant in our lives. Wisdom cannot be deciphered if it is not an intimate affair. The plasticity of religiosity renders us incapable of accessing the wisdom of God.

A circle is a plain enclosed out of the reference point of its centre. In its enclosure, it finds its identity. A cycle is a progression of events that seem to recur towards an ascension of growth.

A Father is He who calls out the identity of His Son setting sure foundations for the Son.

For the circle to find its stability, it’s radius needs to be the same throughout. The interaction between the Father and the Son must be constant for the Son to remain stable.

Every Son has a configuration [core] that governs the expression of their identity. As a believer, you are limited in your person and in your environment. If you don’t know the bounds of your limits, you cannot accurately express your identity in Christ.

The words of the Preacher, the son of David, king in Jerusalem. Vanity of vanities, says the Preacher, vanity of vanities! All is vanity. What does man gain by all the toil at which he toils under the sun?  A generation goes, and a generation comes, but the earth remains forever. The sun rises, and the sun goes down, and hastens to the place where it rises. The wind blows to the south and goes around to the north; around and around goes the wind, and on its circuits the wind returns. All streams run to the sea, but the sea is not full; to the place where the streams flow, there they flow again.

Ecclesiastes 1:1-7 (AMP)

The end of the matter; all has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God will bring every deed into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil.

Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 (AMP)

Lack of the knowledge of your bounds limits your capacity to find expression within your divine configuration.

Based on the above nugget, I dare submit that the knowledge of your divine configuration, defines your bounds. It’s only at the place of your defined bounds that divine grace infuses the nature of Christ inside of you to demonstrate and release the supernatural dimensions of the Kingdom.

There’s a fullness of God that you must attain to at individual level before being able to flow in tandem with the corporate dimension of the prophetic purpose of the church.

You must maintain rank within your personal configuration in order to attain to the fullness of capacity.

Maturity is the attainment of the fullness of supernatural capacity to demonstrate and impart Kingdom dimensions.

Even though our lives may seem cyclic [repetitive], there is a dimension of growth in every cycle. A son is able to see the similar occurrence but recognize that he is being changed.

Light enables us to perceive what surrounds us. Light is life. Light is the first created dimension because out of this dimension do Sons understand themselves and find expression. Just as God designated man to find expression in light, He also designated the dimension where man should never find expression- darkness. Darkness deprives you of the light God created.

For God Who said, Let light shine out of darkness, has shone in our hearts so as [to beam forth] the Light for the illumination of the knowledge of the majesty and glory of God [as it is manifest in the Person and is revealed] in the face of Jesus Christ (the Messiah).

2 Corinthians 4:6 (AMP)

It is in light that man finds function, purpose and relevance. The action of light shining in our hearts is what we call revelation. The face of God [who He is] requires light to see and wisdom to apprehend. The Word of God is our compass and rudder. It gives us direction in life.

With wisdom we know who to be, what to be, where to be, how to be, why to be and for how long. Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. It is faith that guides man on what to do and be.

For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

Acts 17:28 (AMP)

Hear, my son, and be wise, and direct your mind in the way [of the Lord].

Proverbs 23:19 (AMP)

God ensures that the potential energy [purpose] that dwells in us in eternity finds expression in time and is made real in our lives.

We need to be good stewards of our purpose and our expression in Christ. Harnessing our inheritance in God requires patience and understanding of who we are and who we are not. There is always a right context [time & place] for when we are to access our inheritance in God e.g. sex in marriage.

The sons of Issachar understood cyclic technology. They discerned time and seasons. Their understanding was not by chance. It took intentionality for them to dine with God and draw forth revelation. It is the wisdom of God to conceal a matter so that kings may seek Him out. God ordained times and seasons to give us depths of revelation.

A new song exudes from an encounter with God. A revelation of God you didn’t have before.

The cycles in our lives are opportunities to learn something new about ourselves and God.

God created cycles and limits to create an environment where we need each other to get the full revelation of God. Through fellowship we put together the revelations of God we have in part and we get the full picture. Revelation is received in seed form.

Consecration is required to perceive revelation and bring it into fruition. Consecration is preceded by salvation.

To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die. A time to plant, and a time to pluck what is planted. A time to kill, and a time to heal. A time to break down, and a time to build up. A time to weep, and a time to laugh. A time to mourn, and a time to dance. A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones. A time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing. A time to gain and a time to lose. A time to keep, and a time to throw away. A time to tear, and a time to sew. A time to keep silence, and a time to speak. A time to love, and a time to hate. A time of war, and a time of peace.

What profit has the worker from that in which he labors? I have seen the God-given task with which the sons of men are to be occupied. He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-11 (NKJV)

If we as men fail to understand our configuration in God, we cannot join creation in worshipping God. Our configuration carries both our abilities and limitations. When we exalt ourselves above what God has called us to be, we end up in pitfalls.

Each one of us has a pre-ordained capacity to worship God and not settle for less than what He has for us. God calls us beyond ourselves into who He is. Perceptions of ourselves and/or others can hinder us from fellowship with God and man; where we access the deep things of God. God’s expanse i.e. eternity is His habitation. It is His will to reveal Himself to us.

A seed is a limited dimension of purpose – it requires a ground (heart) for it to grow. It requires water in limited fashion as well as bees for pollination for resultant fruit. All this happens in an ecosystem. It requires opportune acquisition, patient conception, diligent maturity in knowledge, and final relevant application in its circle/generation.

God gives us seeds of revelation according to our capacity to steward them. How we handle these seeds determines whether we receive more. How have you handled the seeds God has given to you? Are you asking for more when you haven’t been faithful with what is in your hand?

Man the created being: We are the derivative of Christ encapsulated in diverse expressions of Christ. Each person carries Christ-like elements and His nature. Each of us carries a unique revelation of God.

Then the LORD God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living creature.

Genesis 2:7 (AMP)

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

 John 16:13 (AMP)

Thus it is written, The first man Adam became a living being (an individual personality); the last Adam (Christ) became a life-giving Spirit [restoring the dead to life].

1 Corinthians 15:45 (AMP)

And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.

Luke 2:52 (NKJV)

Jesus found favour with God and men. His derived his expression in God. You cannot exist without fellowship with God. The elements derived from Christ are in constant interaction. We need to be intentional about our interaction with God and others. Without fellowship [with God and man] we experience stagnation in our lives which results in death [of our seeds].

We can only exude what we are filled with. Trying to express God like someone else is an effort in futility. It is in expressing the nature of God that He has put in us that we find fulfillment. Our interaction with God and men is what enables us to accurately and ably express the nature of God in us.

The reason you have limits is because that is the best state you can express growth. Our limitations should not hinder us but rather cause us to arise in fellowship with God and man. Cyclic technology is the capacity man has been granted to grow beyond his limits and grow and expand into God’s capacity. We need to have confidence of His grace.

Identity is the understanding and expression of who you are in God. Living outside of your identity in God only yields confusion and frustration.

God took the time to create each one of us. We must honour ourselves and others. Rather than dwelling on our limitations, we must look beyond ourselves to God.

When we seek God first, every component of our identity finds its rightful expression. Our relevance in life comes not from mimicking the world but looking to God.

When we focus in God, our pursuits are anchored in Him. Our pursuit is to apprehend Him.

Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.

Philippians 3:12 (AMP)

God wants us to begin a pursuit of ourselves in Himself and not other derivatives that are not of Christ. Let us go to God and ask Him to reveal to us who He created us to be; ask Him to enable us to live His truth. Selah.
