INFEMI SOE 2015 (Day 1): The Season Of Open Doors – Part 1 | INFEMI Sermon By Bishop Mulumbi

INFEMI SOE 2015 (Day 1) – The Season Of Open Doors – Part 1: INFEMI Sermon By Bishop Mulumbi

Now it occurred that while the people pressed upon Jesus to hear the message of God, He was standing by the Lake of Gennesaret (Sea of Galilee). And He saw two boats drawn up by the lake, but the fishermen had gone down from them and were washing their nets. And getting into one of the boats, [the one] that belonged to Simon (Peter), He requested him to draw away a little from the shore. Then He sat down and continued to teach the crowd [of people] from the boat. When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon (Peter), Put out into the deep [water], and lower your nets for a haul. And Simon (Peter) answered, Master, we toiled all night [exhaustingly] and caught nothing [in our nets]. But on the ground of Your word, I will lower the nets [again].

And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish; and as their nets were [at the point of] breaking, They signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and take hold with them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink. But when Simon Peter saw this, he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord. For he was gripped with bewildering amazement [allied to terror], and all who were with him, at the haul of fish which they had made; And so also were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon (Peter). And Jesus said to Simon, Have no fear; from now on you will be catching men! And after they had run their boats on shore, they left everything and  joined Him as His disciples and sided with His party and accompanied Him.

Luke 5:1-11 (AMP)

This is the season of open doors.

I know your [record of] works and what you are doing. See! I have set before you a door wide open which no one is able to shut; I know that you have but little power, and yet you have kept My Word and guarded My message and have not renounced or denied My name.

Revelation 3:8 (AMP)

God is opening the doors for people to access what is theirs.

A season of open doors does not come until you feel you have hit a wall. It doesn’t come when you feel like you can make it.

An open door is a passageway – it leads you from and into.

It gets you out from where you are stuck and into your inheritance.

The children of Israel never accessed the presence of God until they didn’t know what to do. They accessed the presence of God when they hit a wall e.g. no food or water in the desert preceding a miracle from God.

If you need a way through, there are walls that need to be broken.

You’ve got to know how to access and enter through your door.

God will speak to you in a way that you can understand.

Before any door opens before His people, God always causes people to break into a spiritual atmosphere.

The Red Sea did not just part. There had to be an atmosphere that stood from the left and from the right.

It is from that atmosphere that doors and passageways are created. He breaks through a wall to get you through.

In Luke 5:1-11, we learn that Simon was not an amateur fisherman. But this one time, he is not successful. He fails in the place of his success even when he does what he knows to do.

When this happens in your life, you need an open door. Otherwise. you will be frustrated.

When God wants you to access what is yours, sometimes He will frustrate you.

When that happens, God is telling you to prepare to change your atmosphere. You have to dislocate and relocate. There is a place He is calling you.

There is always an altar between where you are and your next level. It is a consecration – a separation from and separation into – because there are things that you do not need to carry into your next level.

Jesus gave Simon a prophetic instruction.

When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon (Peter), Put out into the deep [water], and lower your nets for a haul.

Luke 5:4 (AMP)

Every mountain carries a voice. There is a voice that calls you into a mountain and a voice that releases you from the mountain.

How do you change from the natural law into the spiritual law? God gives you a prophetic word.

Many times, we can be in the same place but be in different atmospheres. There is something that you need to access.

This mountain is not a place. It is an atmosphere. There is a voice that ushers you in and sends you out. And when you are sent out, nothing can keep you from accessing your inheritance.

When a man fails, anger just develops inside them. It makes them react in ways that they normally do not. This is when you need a change of atmosphere.

You don’t just get into the open door without a new atmosphere.

God never did anything new for the Israelites without calling them into the mountain. Joshua and Caleb were in a different atmosphere. This kept them from destruction of the Israelites who did not enter Canaan as they were spared because they were of a different heart and mind. They carried a different atmosphere that kept them from death.

Your talent and gifting can only take you so far. There is a realm of success that you access when you carry a specific atmosphere. It won’t be you causing your success, it is the atmosphere you are carrying.

Abraham was successful because he walked by faith in God. This is different from walking with God. God doesn’t ask for much – only that we hear, believe and obey.

The word God speaks has an atmosphere. You need faith to access it.

The moment you obey His word, you step out of the natural law and walk into the spiritual law. Being spiritual is stepping out of the natural into what He has spoken. Obedience is what allows you to access the mountain.

What is yours is not only in the physical but it is triggered in the spirit. It is actualized in the spirit first before manifesting in the physical.

And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish; and as their nets were [at the point of] breaking.

Luke 5:4-6 (AMP)

What you are feeling, even when you are frustrated, will not change anything for you. Get out of that feeling and obey what God is saying. This will open the door into your next level.

The voice from your mountain is calling you.

The Church is lacking in honour. Honour is not a performance or an act. It is an attitude in your heart that people can’t see but God can. Before honour, there needs to be humility.

For many in the Church, God says the storm is over yet their heart is still in the storm. This is a problem that makes people not access the atmosphere they need to walk into their next season.

Jesus told Simon to launch into the deep. It is not about the time. Time is not a factor. What matters most is the atmosphere you are in.

You will access your inheritance if you access the voice that calls you to the mountain and sends you back through obedience.

When He speaks, you can access what is yours. When God releases you through that open door, nothing can keep you from succeeding.

There is a place in the spirit where things happen. God is always at work in your life. Don’t sit in the wrong place in the spirit. You need to shift. If you feel frustrated and like you have hit a wall, there is an atmosphere that you have not broken into.

Frustration is a prophetic voice. When God wants people to shift, He frustrates everything that you are doing.

Sinners can access the blessing of God by accessing the principles of God. The thing is, going to heaven is a choice, but being successful in life is all about the principles of God.

Are you frustrated? You are working in the wrong level and atmosphere. Shift your location and atmosphere. Answer to the voice that is calling you.

Access His presence and atmosphere. It is not your strength that will make a difference. It is what God does in your life.

You only walk into this atmosphere by obedience. Obedience sanctifies you the moment you obey God’s word. Obedience to the word that God has spoken into your life washes and regenerates you.

You will inherit when you believe in what He says and obey what He asks. If you do not believe it, you will die without accessing it.

This atmosphere, the presence of God, is a creative atmosphere. It creates.

When the voice speaks in your mountain, everything that is running away from you will run toward you. Everything that has refused you will run after you. Everything that said no to you will say yes to you.

Where there is His voice, there is provision. And that which has been hidden shall be released.

God’s wisdom and counsel can deliver you from anything. The wisdom and counsel that you do not submit to will not deliver you.

So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void [without producing any effect, useless], but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

Isaiah 55:11 (AMP)

Your success is in the voice that is in that mountain. Believe in that voice. Submit to that voice.

The moment you obey what He says, that word will carry you into what is yours. The atmosphere will bring you into all that is yours.

There is a voice that only speaks in that atmosphere. And if you can hear it, you can become it. You can become what He says.

Every time when God is calling you into something, He will call you into the mountain to release you into what He is calling you into.

Realize that there is somewhere where you are needed. You will need to dislocate, relocate and shift into a different atmosphere.

God’s plans for you, His intentions for you never changed because of what you did or what the devil has done in your life. Who God is changes all things.

Listen to His voice. Obey His instruction and you will walk into a new atmosphere. You will access your breakthrough and access all that is yours.
