The Prophetic Induction Of Man Created In His Element Of Purpose – Part 2: Sermon By Bishop Gobanga

God said, Let Us [Father, Son, and Holy Spirit] make mankind in Our image, after Our likeness, and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the [tame] beasts, and over all of the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth. So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them. And God blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it [using all its vast resources in the service of God and man]; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth. 

Genesis 1:26-28 (AMP)

God had an intention when He established His Kingdom. His Kingdom was to be of sons.

His aspiration was that He wanted to inculcate His consummate righteousness throughout the world through the superintendency of His sons.

God ensured that man was vested with Divine gifts, talents, abilities and His Divine nature to execute His will on earth.

The intention of God was to revamp the earth with heaven so that earth can become an enclave of His kingdom so that His will would be done on earth as it is in heaven.

The earth was to be an appendage of heaven.

The first thing that God did when He fashioned man was to give him His image and likeness. This is so that man could execute God’s will on earth.

God ensured that man was given a commission and mandate. Man was given a jurisdiction and a sphere of influence.

We serve a God of commission. Anytime when God wants to start an assignment or start a new move, He uses a person that is loaded with the wholeness of His nature. This is the only way that man can exercise dominion.

God gave man dominion over the earth and creation, not over other men.

God never gave man superintendence over heaven. God only gave man superintendence over the earth. God promised earth to man.

God never gave man a religion. He gave man relationship. Religion is man’s idea. God wanted to have a relationship with man.

God ordained that the first relationship that man was to have on earth was with heaven.

Adam initially did not have a wife. The first relationship he was to have was with heaven. He was to have a relationship with the presence and person of God.

Heaven is not a geographical location. It is an expression, an experience and a dimension of reality. It is the presence and person of God.

You cannot have the presence of God without the person of God.

Unfortunately, you can experience the presence of God and miss out on the person of God.

Man could not have oversight over heaven as it would mean man would have oversight over the Creator – as heaven is His presence and His person.

Man could not exercise his mandate without having constant fellowship with the presence and person of God.

If you are trusting God to find a partner, you must first have a relationship, fellowship and communion with the presence and person of God.

If you have conflict with your partner, you need to have a relationship with the presence and person of God to help you to know how to relate with your partner.

It is at the place of communion with the presence and person of God that you will be able to draw out wisdom and knowledge to execute God’s promises and your God-given mandate.

There was no way that Adam was going to be fruitful and multiply without having a wife.

The most important relationship that Adam was to have was communion with the presence and person of God.

God may have said grand things about you and your life but do you understand your mandate?

Adam and God used to have evening fellowship in the cool of the day where God would give him knowledge, wisdom and understanding. It is out of that communion that Adam was able to execute his mandate of tending, dressing and guarding the garden of Eden.

For you to be able to succeed at the marketplace, you need to have constant communion with the presence and person of God to help you know how to position yourself at the marketplace.

There is a place in the presence and person of God where you need to enter into a deep slumber (a realm beyond your understanding) where God can locate and dislocate aspects of your personality so that you can be able to perceive what He will bring to you.

Like Adam, God will bring your man or woman to you. It is not about looking for them. Seek God and commune with His person to know what He has in store for you.

And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam; and while he slept, He took one of his ribs or a part of his side and closed up the [place with] flesh. And the rib or part of his side which the Lord God had taken from the man He built up and made into a woman, and He brought her to the man. Then Adam said, This [creature] is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of a man. Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and shall become united and cleave to his wife, and they shall become one flesh. And the man and his wife were both naked and were not embarrassed or ashamed in each other’s presence. 

Genesis 2:21-25 (AMP)

Adam spoke prophetically about what he saw in Eve. He perceived that Eve was a woman – that she had a womb. Adam did not have a Bible or dictionary to tell him this. He perceived.

There is an anointing that abides in us that will teach us things, and mysteries.

Adam was at work naming animals when God brought Eve to him.

Work is doing what you were meant to do. A job is slavery. It is looking for wages.

Ask yourself: are you working?

Don’t serve God with a motive, say, of looking for a husband or wife. 

God wants us to submit to His full counsel and to follow His instruction.

Without the Holy Spirit, you cannot be able to fellowship with God or to decipher the purposes of God regarding earth in relation to heaven.

By the person of the Holy Spirit, Adam was able to be led into all truth.

Truth can never be found unless by the person of the Holy Spirit.

But when He, the Spirit of Truth (the Truth-giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all the Truth (the whole, full Truth). For He will not speak His own message [on His own authority]; but He will tell whatever He hears [from the Father; He will give the message that has been given to Him], and He will announce and declare to you the things that are to come [that will happen in the future]. 

John 16:13 (AMP)

If you want to consummate the purposes of God on earth, if you want to consummate with the purposes of God in your relationship, you have to commune with the person of the Holy Spirit.

There are certain transactions that you need to make with God for you to be able to relate with your partner. You will not need any pastor to talk to you.

If you are always complaining about work, school or your relationship, your prayer life is failing as you are not transacting with God.

If you want to enjoy your husband or wife, start with God. Your partner was created by God. There are things about him/her that you will never know. There is a spending time with God where He gives you a knowledge and understanding of your partner.

You need to perceive beyond the veil of visibility into your partner’s purpose.

Some of the things that we do not like about other people will shed off when we rightly perceive the other person, that is their spirit man.

In order for us to be able to understand our past and future in relation to our present, we need to consider and understand God’s purpose and plan for creation.

Why did He create humanity? We need to read Genesis 1:26-28 with a spiritual lens.

Don’t doubt your future because of your difficult past.

We are assured and know that [God being a partner in their labor] all things work together and are [fitting into a plan] for good to and for those who love God and are called according to [His] design and purpose. 

Romans 8:28 (AMP)

There are painful experiences we go through that deliver us from the danger of ourselves. You are a product of your past.

Your future will never be blissful without your past and present. You are going through what you are going through as God is revamping your persona to embrace your future. But first you need to consider what God had in mind when He made man in creation.

1. God designed to establish a family and kingdom of sons. Not servant or subjects.

In God’s Kingdom, there are no subjects.

2. God wanted to establish a Kingdom and not a religious organization.

Organizations have structure. God wanted a relationship.

3. God wanted to establish a commonwealth of citizens and not members.

He wants you to be a citizen so you can be a son of God and to have a relationship with Him to qualify for inheritance.

4. God wanted to affect the earth with the ideals of heaven.

He wanted to extend His Kingdom from heaven to earth.

5. God wanted His offspring on earth to do things out of relationship not obligation.

God wanted to have sons.

When you are a subject, you are a subordinate to the rulership of the king. You do not have a status of royalty unless you are a son of the King – having a personal relationship with the King.

Your portion in the Kingdom is dependent to the relationship you have with the King.

We may all belong to the Church but we may all not be a part of the Kingdom.

The Kingdom of God is not a regime. It is a family. Religion is a regime. It is devoid of Kingdom connection. It does not denote relationship.

When you are a son, you are citizen of the Kingdom of heaven having rights, blessings and privileges of the Kingdom. A son is legitimate and born into the Kingdom, thus, qualifying for inheritance.

So they took branches of palm trees and went out to meet Him. And as they went, they kept shouting, Hosanna! Blessed is He and praise to Him Who comes in the name of the Lord, even the King of Israel! 

John 12:13 (AMP)

But we are citizens of the state (commonwealth, homeland) which is in heaven, and from it also we earnestly and patiently await [the coming of] the Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) [as] Saviour, Who will transform and fashion anew the body of our humiliation to conform to and be like the body of His glory and majesty, by exerting that power which enables Him even to subject everything to Himself. 

Philippians 3:20-21 (AMP)

When you are a son, obedience is not an issue. The nature of obedience finds context in the relationship with your father. When you love someone, you are willing and ready to lay your life down and do anything for that person.

Christ gave His life willingly out of the love of the Father.

You may claim that you are a son but are you doing what God asked you to do?

When you are a true son, submission is automatic. It is not a problem. You don’t struggle. You know what is in God’s heart for you so you do it.

God wants you to spend more time with Him and not with other things. Be caught up in worship, and in your relationship with God.

The more you spend time with God, the more you will know how to connect with what you have.

If you want to enjoy life, your ministry, your career, your relationship, first enjoy God.

Anytime God speaks to you in your relationship, you need to mix it with faith knowing that all things are possible.

When you have a relationship with God, you celebrate people’s successes and pray for them. He teaches you to be selfless.

When you are a son, you cease being denominational. You become a citizen of the kingdom of God.

When you believe in Christ, He commissions you to become a son of the Father.

Religion is searching for the Kingdom of God and the relationship that was lost with God.

From the beginning of time and throughout history, God has always desired to have a tabernacle and communion with men. God has not called us to be members. He has called us to have relationship.

If you want structures to work where you are, you need to have relationship. The relationship will define the expression of the structure.

Religion makes man see God as an imposer of rules. That is why it was impossible for the Israelites to keep the law. The law will only show how fallen you are.

In a relationship, love is the principle thing. Love covers you. There are certain things where you will not need to be rebuked if you flow in the love of God.

God wanted to rule the visible world from the invisible realm of the spirit. Man was ordained to be God’s representative in the visible world.

God wanted to rule that which is seen by that which is unseen.

For man to be able to exercise his mandate, God had to breathe the breath of life into man. His Spirit needed to be resident in man. Man’s soul was created.

When God breathed His Spirit into man, man’s spirit became alive. The official residence of the Holy Spirit is the spirit of man. This enables communion and transaction God’s truth with the mind, emotion and will of God and that of man.

The reason why God created man’s soul was because the soul was to be a window into the invisible world through his spirit man.

Man was given a body to communicate with the visible realm. That way, God was able to communicate to the visible realm through the spirit of man.

Man was created to transact the purposes of God upon the plants and animals. Without names, plants and animals would not function. Adam named them all.

A name denotes nature. When you understand your nature, you can walk in your function.

For you to live, you must have a purpose and fulfill your purpose in God. Otherwise, you are simply existing.

The Garden of Eden was to be a representation of the presence of God. It was a visible representation of heaven.

God was saying that He wanted man to use His presence and nature to arouse the earth with the ideals of heaven so that every plant and animal could fulfill its purpose in God.

It is God who sets the standard of the unseen and the visible realm. For the standards of God to be effected in earth, He created man to execute them.

God was not a King until He created that which He was to rule over, both visible and invisible.

The earth was to be the sphere and jurisdiction of man but sin makes us become subject over that which we are to rule over. Where do drugs and alcohol come from? Plants.

When you cut off fellowship with God, you abdicate your dominion over things that you are supposed to rule over. Those things begin to rule over you.

Adam was human but he was operating in the spirit. The more spiritual you are, the more you will know how to function and exercise your dominion.

Now the company of believers was of one heart and soul, and not one of them claimed that anything which he possessed was [exclusively] his own, but everything they had was in common and for the use of all. And with great strength and ability and power the apostles delivered their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace (loving-kindness and favor and goodwill) rested richly upon them all. Nor was there a destitute or needy person among them, for as many as were owners of lands or houses proceeded to sell them, and one by one they brought (gave back) the amount received from the sales And laid it at the feet of the apostles (special messengers). Then distribution was made according as anyone had need. 

Acts 4:32-35 (AMP)

They established a principle where money never ruled the believers. The things they owned did not rule over them. They were delivering themselves from mammon and the pride of life.

One of the ways of being delivered from addiction to things that you own is giving them away.

Until you are able to bring whatever you own under your control, then you are being ruled over. That which you do not have control over rules over you.

A man and a woman who are walking in dominion will walk into situations without fear.
