The Cryptogram Of The Superlative Arcadia AKA Heaven – Part 3: Sermon By Apostle Gobanga

Then I saw a new sky (heaven) and a new earth, for the former sky and the former earth had passed away (vanished), and there no longer existed any sea. And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, all arrayed like a bride beautified and adorned for her husband; Then I heard a mighty voice from the throne and I perceived its distinct words, saying, See! The abode of God is with men, and He will live (encamp, tent) among them; and they shall be His people, and God shall personally be with them and be their God. God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more, neither shall there be anguish (sorrow and mourning) nor grief nor pain any more, for the old conditions and the former order of things have passed away. And He Who is seated on the throne said, See! I make all things new. Also He said, Record this, for these sayings are faithful (accurate, incorruptible, and trustworthy) and true (genuine).

Then in the Spirit He conveyed me away to a vast and lofty mountain and exhibited to me the holy (hallowed, consecrated) city of Jerusalem descending out of heaven from God, Clothed in God’s glory [in all its splendor and radiance]. The luster of it resembled a rare and most precious jewel, like jasper, shining clear as crystal. It had a massive and high wall with twelve [large] gates, and at the gates [there were stationed] twelve angels, and [on the gates] the names of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel were written: I saw no temple in the city, for the Lord God Omnipotent [Himself] and the Lamb [Himself] are its temple. And the city has no need of the sun nor of the moon to give light to it, for the splendor and radiance (glory) of God illuminate it, and the Lamb is its lamp. The nations shall walk by its light and the rulers and leaders of the earth shall bring into it their glory. And its gates shall never be closed by day, and there shall be no night there. 

Revelation 21:1-5, 10-12, 22-25 AMP

Heaven is a dimension higher than the earth. It is not a physical dimension. Human beings are the ones that make heaven seem like it is in the sky.

Heaven is divided into 3 categories:

1. 1st heaven – Sky and cosmos.
2. 2nd heaven – Angels and demons operate here. It is a place of spiritual warfare. When God wants to orchestrates His affairs on earth, He does so here. The devils work to frustrate God’s work here and the enemy perpetuates his plans here. It is a place of execution.
3. 3rd heaven – It is the paradise and abode of God.

A throne represents government and authority. It is not a seat. God wants us to experience the reality of heaven by being under His authority. Seating on the throne from a spiritual and Divine perspective denotes the position of Jesus reigning where His reign is active and continuous not dormant.

God’s throne exists by virtue of His nature. The nature of God defines the throne. E.g. State House is the seat of power in Kenya but it is null and void without a President. God reigns eternally. His term of office never ends and will never end. 

God does not rule outside of His presence. The presence of God is the expression of His person (the nature of God)

The Divine power of God emanates from the nature of God. His nature (or identity) is what releases power.

Christians fall short of function because they don’t know their identity. It is beyond your personality. Within your nature you find your configuration for function. We have the nature of Christ in us. Within that nature, there is power that will provide solutions and defeat devils. The enemy causes us to fall short of knowing our identity.

What makes God to be able to express the fullness of His identity and nature? It is truth. In Him there is no deception. Righteousness and justice (or truth) are the foundation of His throne. God’s throne has a foundation. The truth of God is the expression of His identity. His righteousness is the demonstration (and manifestation) of His identity and nature. It is His nature in motion. God wants us to experience the manifestation of His throne in our lives.

Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; mercy and truth go before Your face.

Psalm 89:14 (NKJV)

When John in Revelation saw the Lord seated on the throne, it implies him seeing God actively exercising oversight over the affairs of His creation or exercising the functions of His office. He is on the throne throughout. God is not asleep. Even when you are resting, God is still ruling. Were it not so, the devil would have a field day in our lives and would try to destroy us.

God is eternally active and He ensures that everything takes place at His command. Even the devil’s boundaries are defined so that God’s purpose is fulfilled. God is not the author of wickedness but He allows wickedness to exist but it can never thwart His purpose.

For it is written, As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall confess to God [acknowledge Him to His honor and to His praise]. 

Romans 14:11 (AMP)

Every terrorist will die by the bullet or missile. Every sorcerer dies a painful death. God never misses a thing. He is just.

When you enter the presence of God (in Heaven), it is not by physical transport but by the innermost person of your soul and spirit. We walk by faith and not by sight. It is a spiritual movement and requires a change of attitude and not altitude (changing your rank or reputation) It needs you to have the mind of Christ (that is set on things above and not on things below). E.g. The thief at the Cross beside Jesus.

The soldiers also ridiculed and made sport of Him, coming up and offering Him vinegar (a sour wine mixed with water) And saying, If you are the King of the Jews, save (rescue) Yourself [from death]. For there was also an inscription above Him in letters of Greek and Latin and Hebrew: This is the King of the Jews. One of the criminals who was suspended kept up a railing at Him, saying, Are You not the Christ (the Messiah)?

Rescue Yourself and us [from death]! But the other one reproved him, saying, Do you not even fear God, seeing you yourself are under the same sentence of condemnation and suffering the same penalty? And we indeed suffer it justly, receiving the due reward of our actions; but this Man has done nothing out of the way [nothing strange or eccentric or perverse or unreasonable]. Then he said to Jesus, Lord, remember me when You come in Your kingly glory! And He answered him, Truly I tell you, today you shall be with Me in Paradise. 

Luke 23:36-43 (AMP)

God wants us to live by the spirit of the word and not by the letter of the word. Entering heaven is synonymous with entering a higher plane. You cannot enter a place that you cannot perceive.

There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.” Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?” Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’

John 3:1-7 (NKJV)

God wants you to perceive afar off. The revelation and knowledge of Christ enables you to see His very presence. It takes you beyond the realm of darkness and death of the mind into the realm of light to see all that God has for you. Revelation shows you the true nature of things. He wants you to see beyond the veil of visibility. Heaven is about seeing things in the spirit.

If you are going to be heaven bound, you have to do away with certain thoughts and notions.

When you approach God, approach Him with an open mind. Everything that you need is locked up inside of you.

God gives us things in raw form. He does not do things the way we do. He has a higher level of reasoning.

The New Jerusalem was not of earthly origin. Everything about it was formed in heaven. This city should not be perceived in earthly terms. It is the Bride of Christ (the Church) in a perfected state (without blemish or defilement). It is a triumphant Church over the works of the enemy adorned with the glory of God. The parts of the city mentioned in Revelation 21 reveal the spiritual attributes present in the Church.

The Body of Christ is to depict the temple of God where He inhabits in the spirit. Every precious stone mentioned in Revelations 21 represents every believer. We must have the life of Christ in us.

The New Jerusalem has inhabitants that are different from the physical inhabitants of the physical Jerusalem. They have a prophetic and apostolic culture.

God is calling us to the place whereby we have our own culture divorced from our forefathers or immediate family.

The New Jerusalem is supposed to be a habitation of a people that have the life, nature and culture of Christ. It is of a people that have been born anew from above. The glory of this city cannot be imparted to those with the old Adamic nature. The new Adam is Christ.

God wants us to walk in the light and in truth synonymous with the Scriptures. Heaven is a place of purity and holiness. There is no defilement. It has to begin here on earth. You have to perceive heaven here on earth and walk in it before you enter into its fullness.

As you walk in the truth, you are supposed to walk in a clear discernment of that which is natural and that which is spirit. God wants us to have the unique ability to see into the realms of the spirit.

I was in the Spirit [rapt in His power] on the Lord’s Day, and I heard behind me a great voice like the calling of a war trumpet, Saying, I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last. Write promptly what you see (your vision) in a book and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia–to Ephesus and to Smyrna and to Pergamum and to Thyatira and to Sardis and to Philadelphia and to Laodicea. Then I turned to see [whose was] the voice that was speaking to me, and on turning I saw seven golden lampstands.

And in the midst of the lampstands [One] like a Son of Man, clothed with a robe which reached to His feet and with a girdle of gold about His breast. His head and His hair were white like white wool, [as white] as snow, and His eyes [flashed] like a flame of fire. His feet glowed like burnished (bright) bronze as it is refined in a furnace, and His voice was like the sound of many waters. In His right hand He held seven stars, and from His mouth there came forth a sharp two-edged sword, and His face was like the sun shining in full power at midday. 

Revelation 1:10-16 (AMP)

John did not have the appropriate human words to explain what he saw. He used words like thunder or the lamp stand as it was the closest description of what he saw. These words are not to be interpreted literally. He used words to help us understand heavenly things from a 3 dimensional earthly perspective for the purpose of the future generation that would follow. We are benefactors of this.

John got a glimpse of a reality that the angels operate in. Jesus wanted us to know that what we see is only half the reality. A lot of things in the Spirit are different from what we see in the natural.

The language of symbolism or dreams is the language of code and takes the Holy Spirit to decode and understand what God is revealing to us. The Bible is a book of symbolism. You can only interpret symbols in a dream or vision when you understand the context of the dream or vision.

To get a true perspective on reality, you must be able to see things in heaven (spirit) and on earth (natural) together. Heaven and earth are not separate. Earth is the arena through which heaven is manifested. We need a balance. You cannot become too spiritual thinking too much of the future and you fail to live in the now. There are certain things about the earth that you cannot understand without seeing things of heaven and vice versa. The fullness of reality is a composite of what is going on in heaven and on the earth.

Our human understanding makes everything about the earth so bright and it blinds us to reality. To the person that is natural, spiritual things are so dim.

Fine tune your spiritual antennae so that you can have the understanding of what God was ministering to you.

When you start walking with God, He begins to change your capacity to see.

God will allow you first and foremost to see. You cannot know without seeing. Seeing is perceiving. Your perception is formed by what you see and hear, and also how you see and hear.

God wants that before you know anything, you see and apprehend first that which is spiritual so that you can have the capacity to respond to that which you see. That way the spiritual realm will be brighter and the physical realm will be dim. This is what happened with Enoch. He was taken away because he was so much in the spiritual realm than in the physical.

God wants you to come to the place where everything that is physical (and evil) is dim so you appreciate life from a spiritual perspective.

Kenya has so many resources. It needs no aid. The leadership of Kenya is a reflection of our society. If we can manage our resources well and ensure that KRA collects taxes, especially from the rich, we will not lack and will be able to pay teachers not just 50% but even 100%. There are people around President Uhuru Kenyatta that steal when money is released and they need to be prayed out of their positions.

There is a heavenly blueprint of Kenya that God has in store. We need a change of system. It will take prayer. Not complaining or murmuring or being tribal. Pray for the citizens, not just the leadership. This is how Kenya will change. 

Heaven is a place where you enter spiritually. those that are spiritual are them that are sanctified.

When our spiritual eyes are open to see heaven clearly:

1. The spiritual dimension of our life becomes apparent in reality.
2. Christ becomes apparent in our lives.

When we are spiritual, we will be able to see spiritual reality clearly.

When we see reality clearly, the very person of Christ becomes evident in our lives. God wants that when He ushers you in the spirit, whatsoever you see changes the perspective of your life. It makes you bold and sold out to Christ. It makes you to have the impetus to wake up and pray and to have the anticipation to be used as the vessel through which heaven will be manifested on earth.

The Lord has always been there but in the human perspective, He seems afar off. From a human perspective, we want a manifestation.

When God opens your eyes, there is going to be a transformation of the heavens and the earth, of the spiritual and natural. He will enable you to see a convergence and a merger of the earth and the heavens. You will be able to explain heavenly things in terms of the earth and vice versa. God purposed that heaven interfaces with earth. The earth was never to be separate from heaven. That way, you’re able to see the glory of the physical in the spiritual.

When you see in the realms of the spirit concerning that which is physical, the physical will not change but you will have the right perspective of that which you see. Things may not change but you will have the capacity to have the right perspective of that which you see. When you are heaven bound, you will see that which is bad as that which is good – even your enemies or your difficult relatives. When you are heaven bound, you will never wish evil on anyone.

As you change in the realms of the spirit, when you hear a sermon, you will see it as yours and not as someone else’s.

The spiritual realm has no limitation as opposed to the natural. It is not limited by time and space. God does not measure time the way we do. If you count days, you might miss out on the prophetic word of God. In the realms of the spirit, things are in God’s perfect present and things happen in God’s appointed time.

God speaks to us in the context of inability and we begin to wonder how things will happen. The best thing to do is to wait. Allow the things of nature (trees, plants, weather, seasons, etc) to teach you that which is spiritual. When God gives you a word, allow that word to grow. No one plants a seed and lingers around that spot to watch it germinate yet many of us do that with our spiritual life.

If you are going to do God’s will on earth, understand what is going on in the realms of the spirit. You must enter into the heavens so that you perpetuate that which is taking place in the heavens here on earth. See your business, workplace and your family from a spiritual perspective so you can deprogram that which is happening in the spirit. Be in partnership with Christ so that you know what He is doing and be able to shift as He shifts.

The Holy Spirit sees and hears things in the realm of the spirit. He is not a genie. He cannot be dictated to by anyone. You must listen to Him and partner with Him. Listen to His dictates and commands. His work is to glorify Christ in your life.
