INFEMI SOE 2017 (Day 2) – Actuating The Dimensions Of Christ For The Execution Of The Mandate Of Dominion: INFEMI Sermon By Rev. Richard Muendo

And they heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool [afternoon breeze] of the day, so the man and his wife hid and kept themselves hidden from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden.

Genesis 3:8 (AMP)

The cool of the day was a predestined reality. It had a capacity to reveal what was concealed to impart based on that revelation.

The cool of the day is a time and space for God to reveal Himself and what He has set forth for us to accomplish.

God calls us to dine with Him in the cool of day. As we dine with Him He reveals, imparts and configures within us a reality that capacitates us to function.

Adam and Eve received their daily bread and understood how to tend and keep the garden from fellowshipping with God in the cool of the day.

The cool of the day is not a space for spectating but one of engaging with the Most High God. It demands one’s spiritual insight to be heightened.

When you engage with Christ, you will be catapulted to a shift in your mind beyond experience.

The cool of the day is a mystery hidden in God that focus on a reality that transmute an encounter with God.

Adam and Eve got their daily bread every day after their convocation with God at the cool of the day.

The cool of the day has to have an outward evidence of a transmutation of your nature and a reconfiguration of your configuration.

Do not focus so much on your limitation that you are unable to transmute your reality.

There is a dimension in Christ that when it’s actuated, it causes circumstances to change.

When you are intimate with Christ in your cool of the day, you will be catapulted into a reality that will cause a shift in your mind.

The cool of the day is a prophetic atmosphere of commissioning. The reality of commissioning is not in the event but in the understanding of what commissioning is.

There should be an evidence of a fire in a believer when they get intimate with Christ during the cool of the day.

To actuate is to move into action in the presence of a prescribed culture.

To actuate the dimensions of Christ comes as an overflow of an encounter with Christ Jesus.

Now Jesus, full of [and in perfect communication with] the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit in the wilderness.

Luke 4:1 (AMP)

It’s not enough for you to have the knowledge of your prophetic destiny. You need to be commissioned.

It’s not enough for you to actuate the dimensions of Christ, you need a mandate of dominion.

Then Jesus came from Galilee to John at the Jordan [River], to be baptized by him.  But John tried to prevent Him [vigorously protesting], saying, “It is I who need to be baptized by You, and do You come to me?”  But Jesus replied to him, “Permit it just now; for this is the fitting way for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then John permitted [it and baptized] Him. After Jesus was baptized, He came up immediately out of the water; and behold, the heavens were opened, and he (John) saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove and lighting on Him (Jesus),  and behold, a voice from heaven said, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased and delighted!”

Matthew 3:13-17 (AMP)

Commissioning is characterized by a preparation of a prophetic atmosphere for Kingdom manifestation.

Commissioning causes you to encounter a man with an anointing. There is no commissioning without a relationship. You have to encounter an anointing and the anointing is encountered through a relationship. The anointing does not float up in the sky.

If you do not understand the function of relationship in the place of anointing, then you are not ready to be commissioned.

The anointing is prefigured in a man called to be a forerunner.

Relationship is the technology of accessing the anointing. Relationship will teach you what to do with the anointing.

The anointing is only for the mandate of dominion.

Commissioning can’t happen without an anointing.

If you can’t submit to the man that carries your anointing, you can’t tap into the anointing.

You will be tested at the place of submission, which is the matter of the heart. Submission is a righteous requirement for commissioning. If you have pride, you cannot be commissioned.

What is the righteous requirement that you have overlooked at the place of your commissioning?

The response of Jehovah to your commissioning is the last requirement for a commissioning.

The dimensions of Christ are realities in eternity that condition themselves through the will of God. They are so lofty that when you encounter Christ you realize it’s an honor to serve in those dimensions.

The dimensions of Christ place such a high demand on us that we cannot fulfill them ourselves. We need to submit to the Holy Spirit and one to another.

If you work outside the mandate of dominion, the glory will come to you and God cannot commission you.

The dimensions of Christ will determine our pursuits.

For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking [what one likes], but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Romans 14:17 (AMP)

Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart].

Philippians 4:8 (AMP)

By the fulfillment of the requirements of commissioning, you are enabled to fulfill God’s purpose.

You are not doing God a favour by you being commissioned. To partner with Christ for the fulfillment of His purpose is an honour.

For this very reason, applying your diligence [to the divine promises, make every effort] in [exercising] your faith to, develop moral excellence, and in moral excellence, knowledge (insight, understanding), and in your knowledge, self-control, and in your self-control, steadfastness, and in your steadfastness, godliness, and in your godliness, brotherly affection, and in your brotherly affection, [develop Christian] love [that is, learn to unselfishly seek the best for others and to do things for their benefit]. For as these qualities are yours and are increasing [in you as you grow toward spiritual maturity], they will keep you from being useless and unproductive in regard to the true knowledge and greater understanding of our Lord Jesus Christ.

 2 Peter 1:5-8 (AMP)

It’s possible for you to be ineffective and unfruitful in your experiences and knowledge of Christ.

After you are commissioned, you will be full of the Holy Spirit. You will be led to the wilderness.

The wilderness creates a prophetic atmosphere for you to conquer and manifest as a son of God. After you’ve conquered, you will function as a son of dominion.

Wilderness will teach you to conquer in the spirit.

Do not love the world [of sin that opposes God and His precepts], nor the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the lust and sensual craving of the flesh and the lust and longing of the eyes and the boastful pride of life [pretentious confidence in one’s resources or in the stability of earthly things]—these do not come from the Father, but are from the world. The world is passing away, and with it its lusts [the shameful pursuits and ungodly longings]; but the one who does the will of God and carries out His purposes lives forever.

1 John 2:15-17 (AMP)

You need an altar after you’re commissioned so that you are always connected to your source.

After you have been commissioned, you have conquer the strong man and his systems. You cannot waltz your way to destiny. These are the three things every believer will need to conquer at the place of executing the mandate of dominion: the lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes and pride of life.

Just because you walk in the gifts of the Holy Spirit and in the prophetic does not mean you’ve conquered these three lusts. You have to conquer them to gain dominion.

When Jesus had spoken these things, He raised His eyes to heaven [in prayer] and said, “Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, so that Your Son may glorify You. Just as You have given Him power and authority over all mankind, [now glorify Him] so that He may give eternal life to all whom You have given Him [to be His—permanently and forever]. Now this is eternal life: that they may know You, the only true [supreme and sovereign] God, and [in the same manner know] Jesus [as the] Christ whom You have sent. I have glorified You [down here] on the earth by completing the work that You gave Me to do.

John 17:1-4 (AMP)

The mandate of dominion will segment your influence so that you are not full of pride.

Dominion has a mandate and it has a way to prevent you from doing other things. If you don’t understand the mandate of dominion, you will only live in the after-glow of commissioning.

Any effort to utilize dominion in any other thing apart from Christ will cause your death.

To the angel (divine messenger) of the church in Sardis write: “These are the words of Him who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars: ‘I know your deeds; you have a name (reputation) that you are alive, but [in reality] you are dead. Wake up, and strengthen and reaffirm what remains [of your faithful commitment to Me], which is about to die; for I have not found [any of] your deeds completed in the sight of My God or meeting His requirements. So remember and take to heart the lessons you have received and heard. Keep and obey them, and repent [change your sinful way of thinking, and demonstrate your repentance with new behavior that proves a conscious decision to turn away from sin].

So then, if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what hour I will come to you. But you [still] have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their clothes [that is, contaminated their character and personal integrity with sin]; and they will walk with Me [dressed] in white, because they are worthy (righteous). He who overcomes [the world through believing that Jesus is the Son of God] will accordingly be dressed in white clothing; and I will never blot out his name from the Book of Life, and I will confess and openly acknowledge his name before My Father and before His angels [saying that he is one of Mine]. He who has an ear, let him hear and heed what the Spirit says to the churches.’

Revelations 3:1-6 (AMP)

The scales of your judgment are not in the realm of manifestation but in the spirit.

With the new insight in the spiritual realm after commissioning, comes a severe judgment. You need to count the cost.

The only name that shall be confessed before the Father is the name of Christ.
