The Pre-Adamite Age – Part 1: Sermon By Bishop Gobanga
There have been several ages in the plan of God for all humanity and the works of creation. The first age was the pre-Adamite age.
It commenced with the creation of the heavens and earth.
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Genesis 1:1 (KJV)
During the pre-Adamite age, the angels were the key focus in the dealings of God.
The only inhabitants in that time were angelic beings and the animals and beasts e.g. dinosaurs.
Our earth is older than 6,000 years. It is billions of years older.
In so far as Genesis 1:1 is concerned, that Scripture is a declaration that sums up that God created a perfect earth at that time that was inhabited by the pre-Adamite race. This earth (that was for the angels and creatures) was so perfect that the angels responded with singing and shouting.
Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts. Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light. Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens. Let them praise the name of the Lord: for he commanded, and they were created.
Psalm 148:2-5 (KJV)
Genesis 1:2 tells us what happened after God created the heavens and the earth.
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

God chained these fallen beings in a dimension of spiritual darkness as the catastrophic judgment that God released to the pre-Adamite world orchestrated by Lucifer and a third of the angels.
And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment.
2 Peter 2:4 (KJV)
He confined them to the earth and the heavens (the 1st heaven or atmosphere). This is why satan is referred to as the prince of the air. Lucifer and the third of the angels that fell are awaiting their final judgment at Gehenna.
The 2nd heavens is supposed to be for the angels of God and the sons of God. It is a realm of dominion and execution of mandate where decrees are executed.
And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.
Ephesians 2:6 (KJV)
Fallen angels express a counterfeit expression of dominion.
For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.

For it was in Him that all things were created, in heaven and on earth, things seen and things unseen, whether thrones, dominions, rulers, or authorities; all things were created and exist through Him [by His service, intervention] and in and for Him.
Colossians 1:16 (AMPC)
Genesis 1 shows us that out of all the bodies in the galaxy that God created, the earth (small as it is) is the most important because it has a purpose. It was created to be the centre of the universe. This is because God wanted to establish His Kingdom of the new heaven and new earth on earth. God is yet to do so.
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
Revelation 21:1 (KJV)
It is for this reason that the current earth and its heaven will be purified with the fire judgment. This will cause there to be a new earth and new heavens.
But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

This purification is not just a physical thing. The earth here means the systems. The heavens that God will do away with in Revelation is the 2nd heavens because He will not allow the perpetuation of evil.
Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts. Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light. Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens. Let them praise the name of the Lord: for he commanded, and they were created.
Psalm 148:2-5 (KJV)
We can deduce that the entire universe including the earth was created by His word/decree.
When God created the universe, He created the law of gravity so as to ensure that there is stability on the earth and the universe. Without it, there would be no stability in the universe.
The law of gravity prophetically speaking is the power of the word of Christ. This is not the written word. It is God’s spoken word.
Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.
Hebrews 1:3 (KJV)
The word of God has creative capability. Energy and sound comes from His being and power issues forth from His substance.
The era of time began when God created the earth and heavens in Genesis 1:1.
Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it? Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof; When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
Job 38:4-7 (KJV)
This was a discourse Job had with God. God said that angels and morning stars sang for joy. The angels referred to as sons of God in that portion of Scripture are cherubims (who guard the presence of God) and seraphims (messengers of God).
When God carried out the work of creation, at that point in time, the earth was not without form or void. This is why the angels celebrated in Job 38:4-7. The earth and heavens were perfect. Creation that was complete then was perfect.
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

This was the chaotic, empty state of the earth as a result of the judgment after the fall of Lucifer and a third of the angels rebelling.
It would be an insult to the character and attributes of God if we believe that God created the earth to be formless and void. God is not the author of chaos. Something caused this state and it was not God.
Praise Him, all His angels; praise Him, all His hosts! Praise Him, sun and moon. Praise Him, all you stars of light! Praise Him, you heavens of heavens, and you waters above the heavens! Let them praise the name of the Lord, for He commanded and they were created
Psalm 148:2-5 (NKJV)
There is no way two thirds of angels could sing for joy in a state of chaos (Psalm 148:2-5).
For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly.
2 Peter 2:4-6 (KJV)
Hell is mistranslated in this Scripture. The original word tartarus means a realm of fragmentation.
This Scripture describes the chronological order that 3 judgments took place on earth.
The first judgment was of the casting of angels into tartarus which talks about a lowering from pure spiritual existence into a dimension of fragmentation and limitation, which is a sort of prison as their movement became limited. God confined them on earth and in the first heaven.
The second judgment was that of Sodom and Gomorrah. The process of being consumed by fire was not permanent but the outcome was permanent as we learned from the Hell sermon series.
The third judgment will happen after the millennial reign of Christ.
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.
Romans 5:12 (KJV)
The world in this Scripture denotes the inhabitants not the cosmos. In Adam, everyone sinned. What affected the earth was Lucifer and the fallen angels. Adam’s sin affected all of humanity.
Sin brings judgment of God to men.
And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
Luke 10:18 (KJV)
Jesus was describing what He saw happen during the fall of Lucifer and the end of the pre-Adamite race.
How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

To demystify prophetic language in the above Scripture: Stars are angels. The North refers to where God’s throne was. The clouds refer to host of angels.
Lucifer was an imperial guard charged to guard the presence of God in God’s Kingdom. He was (and still is) a spirit being that was cast from the realm of pure spiritual existence to a dimension worse than that of man. There is no human being that is wicked is worse than the devil. The devil’s judgment and the fallen angels will be the most severe.
Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord God; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
Ezekiel 28:12-15 (KJV)
To demystify prophetic language in the above Scripture: This Eden is not the Eden of Adam and Eve. There was an Eden in the pre-Adamite earth and there have been several Edens since.
The King of Tyre was being manipulated by a certain power and force that was satan himself. He was already an imperfect man – he had the fallen nature and was not anointed.
And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed. He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.”
Genesis 3:15 (NKJV)
He was not placed in the Garden of God (Eden in Genesis 3:15). It was only Adam and Eve. In the pre-Adamite world, Lucifer was in the pre-Adamite Eden. The King of Tyre was used as an example in this Scripture as it was Lucifer himself.
Lucifer was God’s seal of perfection and was full of wisdom (there is the wisdom of the world and God’s wisdom according to the book of James). Lucifer was the anointed cherubim. God anoints because He has a purpose. Lucifer’s purpose was to lead worship as he was an orchestra within himself and guard the presence of God.
Lucifer was perfect in beauty and splendour. The degree of magnificence in him was consummate.
So they will say, ‘This land that was desolate has become like the garden of Eden; and the wasted, desolate, and ruined cities are now fortified and inhabited.’
Ezekiel 36:35 (NKJV)
There was the first Garden of Eden in the pre-Adamite race (Ezekiel 28) and another that was the Eden of Adam and Eve. And there will be another Eden according to Ezekiel 36:35 in the millennial reign of Christ.
God did not ordain for the angels to exist in heaven. The earth was to be their domain but they were to maintain their pure spiritual existence and had unlimited access in the 1st and 2nd heavens. The 3rd heaven was for cherubims and seraphims.
Lucifer was to replicate the heavenly paradise on earth in the Eden of the pre-Adamite earth so that God could project Himself in the replica of the throne of God here on the pre-Adamite earth. In this way, God’s throne and presence would continually be in the Eden of pre-Adamite earth and Lucifer would be charged with guarding it. As it was in heaven, so was it to be on earth.
Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
Genesis 1:26-28 (NKJV)
God spoke the same decree Genesis 1:26-28 to Lucifer. Instead, Lucifer corrupted the pre-Adamite earth. He came up with a version of the throne of God that was his own and not like the one in heaven. This corruption had a fullness when Lucifer wanted to ascend on the actual throne of God so God cast him and a third of the angels that rebelled with him.
After the fall of Lucifer, God gave man the assignment to replicate Eden (heaven on earth). It is for this reason that man will judge angels.
The devil comes to steal, kill and destroy the promises of God and the prophetic decree of God over your life. That is the nature that he got in his rebellion. He comes to steal the word of God (Luke 8) in our lives.
The war started in the realms of the spirit but the manifestation of the defeat of Lucifer and the fallen angels happened on earth.

The pre-Adamite earth was the angel’s first estate (inheritance) and habitation. The angels that fell forsook their inheritance. So God defeated them in His realm (heaven) and their realm (pre-Adamite earth).
Humanity was created to replace Lucifer. God passed judgment on the angels but the sons of God will judge angels. This is why the angels wonder about man and the mystery of redemption.
Know ye not that we shall judge angels? How much more things that pertain to this life?
1 Corinthians 6:3 (KJV)
What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet: All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field; The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.
Psalm 8:4-8 (KJV)
Here am I and the children whom the Lord has given me! We are for signs and wonders in Israel from the Lord of hosts, Who dwells in Mount Zion.
Isaiah 8:18 (NKJV)
One thing we have that angels don’t have is because we are created in God’s image and likeness and that we were created for signs and wonders – Isaiah 8:18.
Angels are ministering spirits to heirs of salvation. They are servants of humanity. This was God’s desire for the loyal angels after the fall of Lucifer and the fallen angels.
The rebellion that took place had a catastrophic effect in the spirit realm and natural realm so much that even the creatures on pre-Adamite earth were destroyed. Their remains are the oil and minerals that we discover in the world.
God is not wasteful. Some of these minerals (gold, mercury, diamond) are the remains of the pre-Adamite race. This shows us that these creatures had a pristine state.
