Colossians 2:9-10 AMPC
9 For in Him the whole fullness of Deity (the Godhead) continues to dwell in bodily form [giving complete expression of the divine nature].

purpose. Jesus is the firstborn from the dead.
is inseparable from the body. The body can’t exit without Christ, Christ can't
exist without the body. The name Christ denotes the anointed one. Christ was anointed for the sake of the body. If it wasn't for the body, Jesus doesn't need the anointing. Jesus was manifested for the sake of the body and it is because of the body that he died on the cross.
